You’ll learn how to utilize interactive tools, web analytics for measuring of both web and social media marketing activities, and hands-on experience is gained through a six-week placement.

This graduate certificate program provides healthcare practitioners with business and leadership fundamentals and is geared toward students who have previous education and work experience in healthcare who wish to develop their managerial and leadership skills. You’ll learn: financial, communications, human resources, leadership, operations, and critical thinking. Designed to accommodate working professionals, some classes are offered on the weekend, as well as supported with online tools.
Human resources - Fast Track, Kingston: This one-year fast track program provides training to those seeking employment in the Human Resources profession or to those currently working in the field who wish to upgrade their training and gain professional accreditation. The College works closely with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in the development of the Human Resources program. The program meets the academic requirements that lead to the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
